OPSEU College Support Local 654 is proud to be part of the backbone of Northern Ontario's post-secondary education system. We represent over 300 dedicated full-time, part-time, and casual support staff across Northern College's four campuses, supporting the essential work that keeps our institution running every day. Our local is guided by a committed team — the Local Executive Committee (LEC) — who advocate on your behalf, protect your rights, support you through workplace challenges, and ensure your voice is heard at every level.
